I have taught Gifted and Talented classes for the past sixteen years and love my job. I can't imagine doing anything else. I hold both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Gifted Education. Being an advocate for your child is my top priority!
I am married to Gene Turpen and together we have three children. My step sons are both in college attending U.C.A. and A.S.U. Our daughter attends Lake Hamilton Elementary. Time has flown by. Watching my boys grow into young men is exciting. Being a mom to three has been such a blessing. I wouldn't change a thing.
